Our program includes your consultation with a Medical Provider, medication, supplies, and shipping for only $249. No memberships, No monthly contracts. 

We do not accept insurance. Insurance companies seldom cover the customized treatments we provide. At Optima, we strive to provide excellent care at a realistic, affordable price. We will not allow an insurance company to determine your healthcare needs. 

Some patient find success on a low dose, while others need a higher dose. With our Semaglutide Dosing Plan, we will direct your step-wise titration to find the optimal dose for you. Higher doses of medication does carry an additional cost. This will be discussed during your appointment. 

A subcutaneous (subq) injection is much easier than it sounds! We will supply you with the smallest and shortest needle possible. You can also ask a friend or family member to help you with your injection! 

Yes, all medications are made in a Texas State Board of Pharmacy licensed sterile compounding pharmacy, otherwise known as a 503 A Compounding Pharmacy. We work with a reputable, Legit Script Certified pharmacy who uses the highest quality ingredients. 

Patients who qualify for our Semaglutide Weight-Loss Program will give themselves 1 injection per week. These are subcutaneous injections, which are done in the body fat with a tiny, short, and small needle. 

Semaglutide is a compounded medication and is not associated with the Novo Nordisk™  company or the brand-name medications Wegovy® or Ozempic®. 

The FDA-approved brand name drugs, such as Wegovy®, and Ozempic® are exclusively available from the Novo Nordisk™ company. Mounjaro® and Zepbound™ are exclusively available from Eli Lilly and Company™. Optima does not claim any affiliation with, or endorsement from, the above mentioned products or entities. We do not offer any of the above mentioned products, anyone seeking said products should discuss options with their licensed healthcare provider or pharmacist.

Optima exclusively offers compounded medications, which are made in State Board of Pharmacy licensed sterile compounding pharmacies, or FDA-licensed 503(a) Compounding Pharmacies. While these facilities are strictly regulated, the compounded medications they make are not FDA-approved, as they are compounded based on an individual provider's prescription for a specified patient. Strength, dose, route of administration, and other variables may make compounded medications different from FDA-approved drugs which makes directly comparing results & risk profile between FDA-approved drugs and compounded drugs difficult.

Any compounded drugs prescribed are based on a licensed provider's medical judgement based on a telehealth or physical medical encounter and medical history.
